Notice
Notice is the time between Met publishing a warning and the warning starting. It is recorded for every warning, and again whenever an area is added, the level is raised, or the start moves earlier.
There are not yet enough warnings to read any pattern from this.

How this works
- Every 5 minutes, the archive reads Met Éireann's warnings pages, its RSS feed and its open data on met.ie. Everything shown here comes from those sources.
- Each warning is kept as Met published it. When Met changes a warning, the change is added to its history. Nothing is overwritten.
- Times. Times are shown to the minute, as on Met's warnings pages. Met's RSS feed gives the second of each change, which is used to work out notice.
- Notice is the start time minus the time Met published it. Anything up to one minute counts as zero notice. That includes warnings published after they had already started, which are also counted separately as already started.
